SOULARCH DESIGN is a San Francisco based design/build firm, with offices located in the Outer Sunset District. Soularch Design works hand in hand with Jacuzzi Properties, Inc., our construction company, providing economy and a streamlined process. Building our own designs allows a smooth and seamless transition from design inception to the finished product. Doug holds a professional degree in architecture, from California College of the Arts and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects.

Doug also owns and operates Jacuzzi Properties, Inc., a San Francisco based construction and development company. He has been actively building residential and commercial projects as a licensed General Contractor since 1985. We've built our own construction management system that tracks cost through estimate to billing and provides the owner with a detailed and balanced breakdown of all project costs. In addition to these two active business entities, Doug was the General Partner for Jacuzzi Financial, Ltd. and Pacific Mini Storage I, Ltd. (holdings now sold). Through the above named limited partnerships, Doug co-managed real estate investments for forty-four individual investors. Doug has designed and built residential, commercial, and light industrial properties in San Francisco and throughout the greater Bay Area.
