Ocean & Sky House
Located in the Outer Sunset District of San Francisco, this house is designed to celebrate the presence of vast ocean and sky. Outdoor roof gardens for both the morning (east facing) and the afternoon (west facing) augments fully experiencing those beautiful fog-free days.
The "butterfly" roof collects rain water which is stored in the 2500 gallon cistern in back yard to irrigate roof gardens and landscaping during the dry season and even supply water for neighborhood emergency relief.
